How pabili errands works
List the stores and items
Add up to five stops with the store, barangay, requested items and estimated cost. Use sizes, quantities or product details to make the list clear.
Set a realistic budget
Check the delivery fee and purchase estimates. The ₱2,000 cash-purchase limit is shared across your open Food, Shops and Pabili orders, not a fresh allowance for every order.
Review changes and receipts
Replacement items or budget changes are sent for approval before buying. Pay the itemized receipt total plus the delivery fee, and review the receipts in your order.
Keep purchases clear and accountable
- Pabili uses cash payment. A first-time customer needs staff approval while online payments are unavailable.
- No private-seller advances, gadget-deal deposits, wallet top-ups or cash transfers. Choose physical stores that issue itemized receipts.
- Medicines are not part of the current service. For an item you are unsure about, ask the G-Ride team before booking.
Before you book
What if an item is out of stock?
Set your preference when booking. Your rider can request approval for a replacement or budget change in the order; keep your phone nearby so you can respond.
Can I split purchases into several orders to increase the cash limit?
No. The ₱2,000 purchase cap applies across your account's open Food, Shops and Pabili cash orders. Reduce the items or wait for a delivery to finish.
Do I pay the estimated cost or the actual receipt?
The item cost comes from the itemized store receipt. You pay that amount plus the delivery fee, within the approved purchase limits.
