Terms of Use
Effective 3 October 2026
In short
- These terms cover this website and G-Ride orders and bookings.
- The G-Ride app isn’t open yet. Until it is, we take orders through our Facebook Messenger page.
- Bookings are done by G-Ride riders in your town. You see the fare before you confirm, and you pay in cash.
- Don’t send anything illegal or dangerous, and treat riders and stores with respect.
- Philippine law applies, and your rights as a consumer stay protected.
About these terms
These Terms of Use (“terms”) are an agreement between you and G-Ride (“G-Ride”, “we”), a delivery and errand service from San Isidro, Nueva Ecija. By using this website or ordering from G-Ride, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use G-Ride. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your data.
G-Ride today
G-Ride is preparing its app. The booking screens on this website are previews of how it will work. Until the app opens, you can order through our Facebook Messenger page, and these terms apply there too. Services, vehicle types and towns can differ, and some may be switched off where you are.
Bookings
- Each booking is done by a G-Ride rider in your area. G-Ride runs each town through its own team or a licensed G-Ride operator.
- You’ll see the fare before you confirm. The final fare changes only for reasons we show you, such as waiting time or changes you approve to an errand.
- You pay the rider in cash, unless another way to pay is offered.
- Cancellation rules are shown before you confirm.
- Errands (Pabili): you pay for the items, up to the budget you set. Your rider asks you before changing an item, store or place, and keeps the receipts for you.
- Food: stores prepare the food and are responsible for it. Your rider brings it to you.
What you can’t send or ask for
Don’t send or ask us to buy anything illegal, drugs, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, stolen goods, or cash and valuables beyond what a rider can safely carry. Riders can refuse or stop a booking that’s unsafe or against the law.
Your account
Use your own mobile number and Google account, and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for bookings made from your account. Accounts are for people 18 and over. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, misuse promos, or put other people at risk.
Riders, stores and operators
If you work with G-Ride, your separate agreement with us also applies. Sending the join form doesn’t create a partnership, a job or a franchise; it only asks us to contact you.
Promos
Promos follow their own conditions, such as dates, minimum fare, towns and vehicle types, and can end early when their budget runs out. They have no cash value.
Using this website
Don’t misuse the site: no attacks, scraping, overloading, or getting around its security. Don’t submit false information, or other people’s details without their permission.
Our content
The G-Ride name, logo, mascot, 3D town, text and design belong to G-Ride or its licensors. Don’t copy or reuse them without our permission. Map outlines © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.
Other sites
Facebook and Messenger are run by Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. We’re not responsible for other websites.
Our responsibility
We work to keep G-Ride available and accurate, but the website and app are provided as they are and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent Philippine law allows, G-Ride isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other laws that can’t be waived.
Changes to these terms
We’ll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by message before it takes effect. Using G-Ride after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
Philippine law governs these terms. If something goes wrong, message us first and we’ll try to fix it with you. If we can’t, the dispute goes to the proper courts of the Philippines.
